Q: Where do I go to enter the DNS information for your GTS Server?
A: ReignofComputer has provided a video that you can use for an example. You'll be putting in 204.45.29.54 instead of the IP address he puts in during the video.

Q: How can I contact you about an issue I'm having?
A: You can email me at support@pokegts.us

Q: I am getting a "Server error in / application", what do I do, and what caused it?
A: This is generally due to an issue parsing your pokemon. If it's one of the pokemon in my database, please send me an email with the particular selection. If, however, it was an uploaded pokemon, it may be due to an invalid form or similar. Send me an email with the .pkm file you tried to use attached. You can reset all selections here.

Q: My pokemon show up oddly, and I can't deposit them?
A: Unfortunately, PokeGen, and most of the pokemon on my site don't have proper 'party' stats. If you go to the GTS with your party full, it will instead be sent directly to the next open box. If you didn't do so, you can give the pokemon to the daycare person, and then retrieve it to generate party stats.

Q: I only get a Victini, or I get a random pokemon instead of what I picked or uploaded, what gives?
A: You're getting these due to how the server keeps track of you. Currently, the only way the server knows how to keep up with you is via your IP address. I am working on another solution that will instead use your friend code instead. TL;DR: You're getting this due to being on a different internet connection from your game device.
